Skilled Worker
Jobs for anyone with teaching training or a college degree.
If you have a qualification as, for example, a social worker, early childhood educator, preschool teacher, or youth and residential care worker, you can work with us full-time or part-time.

Dual Degree Program
We'd be happy to serve as a practical training partner for your studies.
In collaboration with a participating college or university (e.g., Diploma or IU), you can complete your dual degree program (e.g., Social Work) with us as a practice partner.

Federal Volunteer Service (BFD)
Even without formal training, you can work with us and have an unforgettable, exciting, and challenging experience!
As part of the Federal Volunteer Service (BFD), you can become part of our daily life at Koinonia for 6–18 months.
You will assist the professionals in their work:
- Caring for and looking after the children (homework, playtime, rides, appointments, etc.)
- Taking on household chores (doing laundry, preparing meals, keeping the house tidy, etc.)
- Helping to organize recreational activities and outings (trips, hikes, recreational programs, camps, etc.)
